THOMAS G., on March 14, 2016, age 64, of Berwyn, formerly of Philadelphia. Beloved husband of Denise (nee McDonald) Barger. Brother of; Frank B. (M.Genevieve) and James B. (Abby) Barger. Brother-in-law to; Michael (Karen) McDonald. Also survived by nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Funeral Mass on Saturday, March 19th, at 11:00 A.M. at Our Lady of the Assumption Church in Strafford. Visitation Saturday morning 9:30-10:50 A.M. in Sacred Heart Chapel in OLA Church. Int. private. Denise, I am so sorry to hear of Tom's death. You and he have always been so nice to me at the Barger/Perrin parties. I enjoyed our conversations, and looked forward to more. Denise, I am so sorry to hear of Tom's passing. I always enjoyed seeing him in the office and chatting with him. He will truly be missed, may he rest in peace. Please know that my thoughts and prayers and my heart are with you now and always.

A lot of my days at LaSalle are fading in memory, but I remember Thomas like it was just yesterday. Smart and kind, that was Thomas. Please accept my condolences on his untimely passing.

Tom was my boss in my first job out of college over 35 years ago. Scary how the years fly.
And 35 years later I still remember many of the work and life lessons he taught me. To this day I still wonder about his source of patience (though I do remember his love of Jameson Irish Whiskey).
My condolences to Denise and the rest of his family.
