Dr. Voshell was a long time and dedicated friend to my father, Donald Foster. They say if we have 3 true friends when it's all over we are rich....I believe Tom had a part in making my father a rich man. I thank him for that.

I am deeply saddened to discover that another wonderful man that grew up during the depression and survived WWII and exemplified living life so fully, has passed away.
I have worked with Joan Werner for a few years and a few times in our conversations, the discussions would lead to the many fond memories and experiences that she shared with her father when she was growing up and the many places that they lived.
As I read Tom's obituary,I am impressed with his determination to earn wings and I am sure that he is now flying around on his eternal wings watching over those that he loved in life.
