Sunday was a year since Dad passed. It's still hard to believe.
I just wanted to post the lovely poem Philip wrote and sent with Dad.
"Loving Grandpop kind and true I hope to send these wishes with you. That angels guide you to heaven above gliding peaceful as a dove."
Thank you to everyone who shared their memories and thoughts of Dad!!

To the family of Vince
I grew up in Olney and went to the public elem
and high school but belonged to the same Catholic Church as Vince.
Both our fathers were Phila policemen.
We were both caddies at Ashbourne CC at the same time.
Our close Olney Crowd had seven reunions from 1996-2005 around the US,
The first one was in Yankton in 1996 where we live during our Riverboat Days and Vince and one of the other couples stayed at our house.
Vince made all seven reunions and we got to know him once again and will really miss him.
He was a good guy and a fine person.
