Tina. I was going thru my phone contacts and you popped up. I thought I should talk to that sweet woman. And then I saw this sad news. Sending love. I will be in BG no February 7. I would love to see you. Dick and i moved in April to a retirement home in Duxbury. Close to Nantucket. We still have BG home but it´s for sale. Where are you living now. ? Hope very much to see you. Love Boots and Dick

I met Bill through my late husband Allan, both members of Dartmouth College Class of '59. Both men of whom one could be so proud, so very happy to know and to look for in a crowd...usually surrounded by a throng of smiling compatriots. Ever ready with a smile, a laugh and a twinkle in his eye, a willingness to 'dig in' and help, Bill was one of my favorites of 'the guys' but particularly because he brought Tina to the party. Peace and tranquility, Tina, to you and your family. Blessings abound. With so much love,

I am the Board Chair at the John Hay Estate at the Fells. I did not know Bill, but his obituary clearly shows he was a wonderful person. Bill served on our board some years ago. All of us who are or were involved in any capacity with the John Hay Estate at the Fells are a family. When one of us hurts, we all feel the pain. Please accept the deep condolences of our Board of Directors and the entire organization.

Bill was a football teammate and an inspirational leader for we younger players. It was appreciated.

I went to Penn Charter and was in the same 1955 class. Bill was one of our class leaders who all respected. Years later when Bill retired, he relocated to Shell Point Retirement Community, here in Ft Myere, FL. Ironically three members of our 55 class reside here at Shell Point and Bill's absence will be deeply felt.

Bill was a great classmate at Penn Charter, always ready with a cheerful and infectious smile and included everyone in a spirit of kindness. Tina was the same. As said for Hamlet "May flights of angels sing thee to thy rest."
