William H. Simon M.D.

Simon William H. M.D. Age 84, of Villanova and Jupiter, Florida, the son of Jacqueline H. Simon and Joseph E. Simon, passed away on September 11, 2022 at Paoli Hospital following a short but brave battle with brain cancer. Dr. Simon, a Board Certified Orthopedic Surgeon, trained, practiced and taught within the University of Pennsylvania Medical System. He leaves behind his lifelong love and wife of 58 years, Michele Soffian Simon, his daughter, Eve Herson Simon, a sister, Caroline M. Simon, and a myriad of beloved nieces, nephews, cousins, friends, former colleagues and patients. His smile, spirit and heart will be greatly missed by all who loved him deeply. Shiva will be held the next day, Thursday September 15, 2022 from 4 P.M.-7 P.M. at the Simon Family home in Villanova. Masks and Covid vaccination required. Service will start at 5:30 P.M.
