Pat Walther Obituary

Patricia Ann "Pat" Walther, age 87, of Tawa City, passed away on Jan. 28, 2025.
Patricia was born on May 23, 1937, in Flint to Wayne and Inez Anderson. On June 29, 1957, she married the love of her life, Bernard (Buck) Walther, in Flint.
Pat was an accountant/office manager for Blanche Bekkering, Inc. Realtors for 23 years and after retirement moved and built their retirement home in Tawas City, Michigan. Pat had a passion for playing cards of all kinds and belonged to a Bridge Club and Euchre Club.
Some of her other hobbies were golfing, fishing, traveling, and going to the casino. She loved spending time with her family and seeing her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Patricia is survived by her husband of 67 years, Bernard (Buck) Walther; children, Wendy (Dave Haggadone) Kelly and Britt (Terrie) Walther; grandchildren, Blair Kelly, Justin (Crystal) Kelly, Justen (Carolyn) Walther, Kali (Joseph) D'Haene, and Kelsey Walther; great grandchildren, Austin, Brooklyn, Jackson, Joslyn, Dawson, Joseph (JJ), Justin Jr., Jordyn, and another little girl on the way; and her nieces and nephews, Evan, Bart, Todd, Tonya, and Tena. Patricia was preceded in death by her parents, Wayne and Inez Anderson; and her brother, Evan (Butch) Anderson.
There will be a celebration of life held for Patricia at Tawas Area Presbyterian Church in East Tawas, (2095 East US-23, East Tawas, Michigan 48730), on Feb. 8, at 11 a.m. There will be a period of visitation at the church from 10 to 11 a.m. Reverend Sue Hand will be officiating the service.
In lieu of flowers, any memorial contributions may be made out to Tawas Area Presbyterian Church. You may leave an online condolence at www.bureshfuneralhomes.com.
