Terri L. Lamrock

1958 - 2024

Terri L. Lamrock, age 66, of Oscoda, passed away on Monday, Dec. 16, 2024.
She was born on July 23, 1958 in Saginaw to Walton and Myra Patrie (Mleczek). Terri moved to Oscoda in 1975 and graduated from Oscoda High School in 1976. This is where she met her husband of 47 years, Michael Lamrock, whom she married on Nov. 5, 1977.
Soon after, Terri began her career in the communications field. She worked for what is now Spectrum for 37 years and for many of those she managed the Oscoda store. Terri served thousands of people with kindness over the years and she was truly cherished by her customers.
She enjoyed gardening, crocheting, playing with her dogs, walking the beach and spending time with her friends and family. Terri was also an avid reader and even had a 771 day reading streak recently.
She is survived by her husband, Michael Lamrock of Oscoda; son, Michael (Taylor) Lamrock of Birmingham; daughter, Megan Lamrock of Grand Rapids; mother, Myra Patrie of Oscoda; two brothers, Brian (Mary) Patrie of Cedar Springs and Kevin Patrie of San Diego, Calif.; brother-in-law, Jeff (Jaque) Lamrock of Oscoda; and her fur babies, Jessie and Sadie along with her fur grand babies, Kenny, Gabby, Jameson and Salem.
Terri was preceded in death by her father, Walton Patrie; in laws, Dale and Shirley Lamrock; and sister-in-law, Monica Wilds.
A celebration of life will be held at noon on Saturday, Jan. 4 at Oscoda United Methodist Church.
