Dear Dr Sylvester and family,
I wanted to express my condolences to you and the family, I was so sorry to hear about Barbara's passing, I have many fond memories while working with Dr Sylvester and Barbara in the office in Riverhead, NY and your accepting me as not only an employee but also as part of the family. I have never forgotten the kindness you always showed to Abe, Tanisha and I, both at the office and out of it.
Please know you are in our prayers and in our hearts.
