Bluffton, South Carolina - James "Jim" D. Hoff, 65, of Bluffton passed away Thursday, July 24, 2025 . He was born December 13, 1959, in Marietta OH a Son of the late Richard Hoff and Baunelle B. Hoff.
Jim was a graduate of the University of South Carolina, Aiken and had been employed as a Professor at the Professional Golfers Career College in Bluffton, SC. Jim was an active member of the PGA and Golf Community in Hilton Head.
He married Autumn Hoff on July 30th, 2010. Jim is survived by his son, James "Jimmy" Hoff II of Huntsville, AL, his step-son, Hu Yijun "Gino" of China, his brother, Richard (Rich) K. Hoff II of Marietta, OH and his nieces and nephew.
Visitation will be held 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm, Saturday, August 2nd at Sauls Funeral Home, 90 Simmonsville Rd., Bluffton. A funeral service will begin at 4:00 pm. We welcome all to come celebrate Jim's wonderful life.
