I will miss Ellen and cherish a lifetime of wonderful memories of a great, great aunt. Bruce and Melinda you unselfishly opened your home and gave her a loving place to spend the last years of her life, "Bless your hearts" I love you both! Evie

Dear Bruce, I am so sorry about the loss of your lovely mother. When I would receive my meager teacher's salary back in the sixties, I always owed a good portion of it to Ellen Harper's; of course, I was always dressed in style!
