Donley E. Cennami

LYNN -- Donley E. Cennami, age 69, of Lynn, died Saturday, April 11, 2020 at Brigham and Women's Hospital after a brief illness. He was the husband of Deborah A. (Albanese) Cennami, with whom he shared 44 years of marriage. Born in Lynn, he was the son of the late Dominic and Ruth (Berry) Cennami. He was a lifelong Lynn resident and was educated in Lynn schools. Donley served in the United States Army during the Vietnam War. He had worked in the meat department and deli at BJ's Wholesale Club for many years. He was a coach for Challenger Little League for many years, and was also an avid bowler. In addition to his wife, he is survived by two sons, Donley E. Cennami Jr. and Bryan Cennami; his sister, Evelyn O'Neil; several nieces and nephews, as well as his two dogs Oreo Lily and Maddie May. He was the brother of the late Ruth Mitchell. Service information: Funeral services will be private. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Challenger Little League.
