Nancy M. Wright

LYNN - Mrs. Nancy Marie (O'Neil) Wright, age 70, of Lynn, died Monday in Union Hospital after a lengthy illness.Born in Lynn, Nancy was the daughter of the late Malcolm and J. Mildred (Lannon) O'Neil. She attended Lynn schools and was a graduate of St. Mary's Girls High School.Prior to her retirement, Nancy spent over 20 years as a secretary at Union Hospital. She was a member of the Brothers Deli Coffee Club. Above all, she enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.She leaves her two daughters, Lisa Wortman and her husband Glenn and Colleen Dowgos, all of Lynn. She was the sister to Robert O'Neil and his wife Kathleen of Lynn, Kevin O'Neil and his wife Helena of Rochester, N.H., and John O'Neil and his wife Marilyn of Lynn. Nancy was the loving grandmother to Ashley Affonco, Jonathan Dowgos, Colby Dowgos, Alexandra Lopes and Toni Dowgos. She was the great-grandmother to Madelyn Dowgos, Tiana Garcia, Amelia Affonco and Mia De La Cruz. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.Service information: Nancy's funeral will be held from the CUFFE-MCGINN Funeral Home, 157 Maple St., Lynn, on Monday at 9 a.m., followed by a memorial funeral Mass in the Sacred Heart Church at 10:30 a.m. Relatives and friends invited.
