George H. Samaniego

1942 - 2015

George H. Samaniego, born in Pomona, entered eternal life on October 7, 2015 in Las Vegas, Nevada. He was a resident of Las Vegas since 1979. He was filled with love and laughter. He enjoyed family and taco night! He always said, "Change the Channel" meaning to keep a positive outlook on life. He is survived by his three children George R. Samaniego, James J. Samaniego, Deborah S. Buck & husband Ken. He had three grandchildren Paul Samaniego, Samuel Buck and Clarissa Chinchilla. He was loved by his brothers: Edward, Joey, Goegs, Manny, Zeke, Larry and Corney and his sisters Katie Ann, Isabel, Rita and Mary. Services will be held at Todd Memorial Chapel on Thursday, October 15, 2015 at 5:00pm and Friday, October 16, 2015 at 10:00am. A celebration will be held in the honor of our father immediately following Holy Cross Cemetery service.
