Alfred Singh, 77, of Brawley, CA, passed away Saturday, May 9, 2015, surrounded by his family. He was born December 31, 1937 in Brawley, CA. Alfred was born to Hajara Singh and Ramona Garcia Singh.
As a young man he worked on his family's farm and then moved on to construction until retirement. He loved to go fishing, tend to his garden, play cards, dominos and spending quality time with his loved ones. Family and friends will remember Freddy for his sarcastic sense of humor and the love he held for his family and pets.
Alfred is survived by his children Julia, Alfred, Bobby all of Modesto, Debra of San Diego, Freddy and Sally of El Centro, Mona of Brawley, CA and Sonya of Mililani, HI. Alfred has numerous grandchildren and great- grandchildren. Mr. Singh is also survived by his sisters Maggie of Santa Maria, CA and Julia of San Diego, CA and numerous cousins of the Sangha family.
Alfred is preceded in death by his parents, son Andy, daughter Patricia and sisters Helen and Lupe.
Services will be held on Saturday, May 16, 2015, 9 a.m. at Frye Chapel in Brawley, CA. Burial will immediately follow at Riverview Cemetery.
