ANGEL ARELLANO Obituary

ANGEL ARELLANO JR

Dec. 5, 1964 May 25, 2023

It is with a heavy heart that our family announces the passing of our brother Angel. He passed away on Thursday, May 25, 2023, in San Diego, CA. Angel was one of 8 children born to Angel and Guadalupe Arellano. He was a son, brother, uncle, and friend.

He is survived by his brothers and sisters, Jesse Amarillas, Joel Amarillas, Angie Delgadillo, Daniel Amarillas, Ray Amarillas, Albert Rubalcava, Stella Vega, and Lorena Schoonover; and numerous nieces and nephews.

He was a proud Tiger alumni #33, those of you who attended Imperial High School with Angel got the best of him. He loved his rock music, football, the Sanchez family, and a good family bbq.

Memorial Services will be held on July 8, 2023, at 10 am at Saint Anthony's Catholic Church, 210 W. 7th St., Imperial.

My brother Angel rest in peace.Growing up with you and playing football. We were bad assessments. Your the reason to this date that I'm still a PITTSBURGH STEELER fan. God bless.

#33. Will never forget that our final game in high school was our playing for the CIF championship and the final score was 33-0. I will always remember how Angel thought that that was just the coolest thing.
RIP brother!
My sincere condolences to his family and friends.

RIP, Angel. One of the best football player I ever played with. He was only 5'8 /150 or so, but played noseguard. He was so quick, he could not be blocked. My deepest condolences to his family.
