ARNOLD OBESO

Visitation will be held Monday, January 12 from 6 to 9 p.m. at St. Mary's Catholic Church in El Centro for Arnold Obeso, 42, of Calexico who passed away Sunday, January 4.
Mass will commence at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, January 13 also at St. Mary's Catholic Church in El Centro. Burial will immediately follow at Mountain View Cemetery in Calexico.
Arnold was born July 29, 1966 in El Centro and was employed with California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation at Centinela State Prison. He was involved in various foundations related to Corrections such as CCPOA, CCWA, C/USA, CCVC and CPOF. Arnold was an active member of the "Calexico Active 20/30 #427" Boarder Bandits Club.
He was preceded in death by his uncle, Oscar Jiménez.
Arnold is survived by his father, Juan Jose Obeso; mother, Concepcion Obeso; brother and sister-in-law, Efren and Linda M. Obeso; nephews, Efren F. Obeso, Gabriel A. Obeso, Rafael I. Obeso and Samuel A. Obeso and niece, Liren J. Obeso.
The family will hold a Rosary on Wednesday, January 14 at 6:30 p.m. at 1257 J.B. Rodriguez Street in Calexico.

Efren and the Obeso Family ~ I am not able to attend the services, but please know that you have been in my thoughts and prayers. I know that Arnold is looking down on all of us with smiles. He would want us to celebrate his life and cherish this time we have together. Active 20-30 International is a better organization because of Arnold Obeso.
