BRUCE ROBEN Obituary
Aug. 30, 1936 – Feb. 15, 2025
Bruce Doran Roben was called home by our heavenly Father on Saturday, February 15, 2025. He was born to Howard K. Roben and Julia A. Roben on August 30, 1936, in Brawley, CA. Bruce attended Imperial schools and graduated from IHS.
Bruce was dedicated to his family and was always a loving husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, and father-in-law.
Bruce worked in the route sales for Weber for 40-plus years before retiring in 2002. He then worked for the Navy Base for 15 years before retiring again. His hobbies were fishing and hunting.
Bruce was preceded in death by his parents, Howard and Julia Roben; brother, Douglas; and sister, Kay.
Bruce is survived by his wife of 52 years, Jimalee; children, Karen Williams (Jerry, Rene Hitt (Travis, Greg Roben (Michelle), Mark Pierce (Cheryl) and Larry Roben. He has 9 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
A private interment will be held at Riverview Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.

I remember working with Bruce at Weber bread in mid 1970s. He was a great friend and gave many pointers to me in learning my route.
