CAROL MARSHALL Obituary
It is with heavy hearts we announce the passing of our beautiful mother Carol J. Marshall of Yuma, AZ on Saturday, January 2, 2021, at the age of 80. Carol was born on January 13, 1940, in Brawley, CA. Her parents were Vernon and Esta Mae Burns. Carol loved her children and grandchildren very much. Carol had many family and friends that she loved dearly. She was preceded in death by her husband, Bob; and her brothers, Jerry and Bill Burns. Carol is survived by her sister, Verna Mae Neuhaus; brother, Dennis Burns of Caney, KS; son, Alan Williams of Brawley, CA; daughter, Terri Ramirez (Ray) of Westmorland, CA; stepchildren, Jana Rivard; Jillian Philipps and Jim Marshall; grandchildren, Tara Piseno, Todd Williams, Josh Williams, Ryan Ramirez, Cydnie Ramirez and 9 great-grandchildren. Also her four-legged love, Amber. A visitation will be offered on February 11th from 6 to 8 p.m. at Frye Chapel & Mortuary. Funeral services will be held on February 12th at 10 a.m. at Riverview Cemetery, Brawley, CA.

Carol and I were cousins. We were very lucky to grow up in a close, loving family. My cousins were my best friends growing up. She has always been by my side during difficult times. I loved her beautiful smile.

Carol was my cousin. I have fond memories as a youngsters in Brawley of her. She was a happy, beautiful, and fun person. You will be missed by many family members such as Susan, Betty Lou, and Roberta. I love you all
