ERIC REESE Obituary


Eric James Reese, 43, of Imperial passed away on March 23, 2021. Born August 1, 1977, in Olean New York. He was the son of Clarence "Bugs" and Linda Reese of Olean. Maria Nunez, loving life partner of 13 years, survives. Eric graduated from Archbishop Walsh H.S., in Olean in 1995 and went on to graduate from Monroe Community College in Rochester. In 2007, Eric joined the United States Border Patrol and was stationed in El Centro. He strived to make a difference for others through his work. Eric enjoyed sports. He was an avid San Francisco 49ers fan, golfer, enjoyed NASCAR, RC racing, and St. Bonaventure basketball. Eric enjoyed spending his time away from work outdoors completing home improvement projects. Eric cherished his time with Maria, her two daughters Pearl Nunez and Gina Hendrix (Jason) and their grandkids Andrew, Austin, and Marty. Surviving besides his mother and father, is his brother, Jamie (Brandie) of North Carolina; their children, Sophia and Luke; along with aunts, uncles, and cousins. He was preceded in death by grandparents, Claire and Mary Rossman of Almond, N.Y, and Bob and Rita Reese of Olean; special uncle, Don Reese of Springville. Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. on Saturday, April 17, 2021 at First Christian Church in El Centro.
