To Vasquez and Castro Families
We are so sorry for your lost. to so many he was our guardian ANGEL. He seemed to always be happy, always glad to help anyone, the type of man that would open the doors of his home to anyone. We are thankful for the special memories.

Do not stand at my grave and
weep. I am not there, I do not
sleep.
I am a thousand winds that blow
I am the diamond glint on snow.
I am the sunlight on ripened
grain. I am the gentle autumn
rain.
When you wake in the morning
hush, I am swift, uplifting rush
of quiet birds in circling flight.
I am soft starlight at night.
Do not stand at my grave and
weep I am not there, I do not
sleep.
Do not stand at my grave and
cry, I am not there I did not
die.
Don't weep at my grave
for I am not there.
I've a date with a butterfly.

Listen for angels hovering near, whispering words you are longing to hear, Love is not over. . .Life is not gone. . .now and forever, the spirit lives on. Even in your sadness, may you find comfort in knowing that the angels must be smiling because Voni is among them now.

I am so sorry to hear about the passing of Voni. I went to school with Voni, and he was the friendliest person anyone could know and I will always remember that plus his smile. God Bless the family at this time and give them comfort and strength.

I certainly will miss Vonie but most of all I am proud to announce that he will be remembered for all the wonderful things he did for the youth in Holtville, his cheerful and warm smile with that little laugh that he would end or strike a conversation with you. A Gods angel to Holtville he has left all of us with wonderful memories, thoughts and you will be missed. Love Stella

Tia Mary Ann, Manuel, Yvonne, Adriana, Bones, and Anna:

You all have been in my hearts since I can remember but in the last couple of years more then ever. These last couple of weeks I have been going over all the fun times we all had together. Camping, Family Reunions, Birthdays, Swimming in the pool in Barstow, Weddings and just being there at Nana's house.

Please know that even though we don't see or speak to each other often that if you ever need anything you can always call or come and visit. I am deepley sorry for the sadness that you are all feeling right now. I won't say that it will go away because it never does. Just remember that we have someone special looking out for all of us up there in this beautiful world with no worries or pain. He is also with my Tata Manuel, Tio Cono, and my Tio Richard. I can picture the reunion that my Tio Voni and Tio Richard had in my mind over and over. Their laugh, hugs, and tears.

We're family and always will be. So please remember all those beautiful memories and always keep them in spirit. Never stop speaking about them, don't be afraid to even speak to them out loud. It's great therapy, I speak to my Tata & Nana(moms parents), and Tio Richard all the time. It always brings joy and laughter to me. As it will all of you.

Your in my thought and Prayers Always.

Love you Neice and Cousin,
MonaLisa Vasquez Castleberry
