Vallie Cook Obituary
Jackie is survived by her sons and daughter in law; Mike & Shelly Cook, Ricky Cook and grandsons; Michael Cook and Kevin Cook, great-grandson; Wyatt Cook, sister; Shirley Kersey and several nieces and nephews. Along with her parents Jackie is preceded in death by her sisters: Patsy Earnhart, Joyce Lunsford, Elise Mayo and Joanne Moss.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held in the Chapel of Haisten Funeral Home, Thursday, June 13, 2024, at 1 PM, Pastor Rick Moncrief will officiate. The Family will receive friends immediately prior to the Service beginning at Noon at the Funeral Home.
Those who wish may leave condolences for the Family at the online guest registry at www.haistenfuneral.com
Haisten Funeral Home of Jackson is serving the Cook family.

I will forever remember the time Ms Jackie and I went to Hunter's for lunch. She ate more than I had ever seen. The best part was that she wanted to go dressed just as she was. In her night gown, robe and house shoes. And that's how she went. God rest her soul. She was funny to watch when Mike or Ricky would tell stories about their childhood. Her face would just light up. Ms Jackie will be missed more than she would ever imagined. Go rest high on that mountain.
