Larry Corpuz Obituary

Larry Paul 'Apple' Corpuz, 66, a long-time resident of St. Augustine, originally from Indianapolis, Ind., died April 25, 2008. He enjoyed spending time with family and friends, fishing, going for rides on his Harley Davidson and working with the guys at the Glen Kernan Golf Course in Jacksonville.

Beloved husband of Lois Corpuz. Loving father of Indra Dudley and her husband Charley, Johnny Corpuz and his fiance Susie, Veronica Corpuz and Marty Corpuz. Devoted grandfather 'Papa' of Carissa Corpuz, Ian Sequi, Cade Cunha, Richard, Alei, Judd Evans and Danielle Corpuz.

He is survived by his brothers, Manuel Corpuz, Jack Corpuz, Russell Mink and his sisters, Teresa O'Brien and Patty Hesselyrave. Also survived by several nieces and nephews.

A special thank you to all of his doctors, nurses and Community Hospice.

A memorial service will be held on Jacksonville Beach.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Larry's memory may be made to Community Hospice Northeast Florida, 4266 Sunbeam Road, Jacksonville, FL 32257.

Craig Funeral Home, Crematory Memorial Park is in charge of the arrangements.

I just received the news of the death of my brother, Larry. He has always held a "special place" in my heart. I will always remember him as a young boy full of energy with a funny laugh & terrific smile. He had a "warmth" that few people know.
