Nell Mathis Obituary
Trenton, TN - Funeral services for Mrs. Martha Nell Mathis, age 87, will be held 2 p.m., Wednesday, May 14, 2014 at Shelton Funeral Home Chapel with burial to follow in Oakland Cemetery.
Visitation will be held from 5-8 p.m. on Tuesday, May 13, 2014 at Shelton Funeral Home.
Mrs. Mathis, a homemaker and a member of Hickory Grove Baptist Church, passed away on Sunday, May 11, 2014 at Humboldt Nursing and Rehab Center.
She is survived by her son, Ken Mathis (Scarlett); seven grandchildren; fourteen great grandchildren; one great great grandchild; sister, Wylodean Scruggs; two brothers, Leonard and James Hollandsworth.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Ersie Bedford Mathis; daughter, Diane Osborne; son, Ricky Mathis; sister, Evelyn Martin; brother, John William Hollandsworth; and a grandson.
