Alice Bartholomew Obituary
West Lafayette - Alice Irene Bartholomew passed away on March 9, 2021, at Westminster Village in West Lafayette. Alice was born in Seattle, Washington to Maurice and Alice Hannafin. She was married to Donald Bartholomew for 70 years before he passed away last year. Prior to retirement she was an executive secretary at an accounting firm.
Alice is survived by three sons: David Bartholomew, Randy (wife Cindy) Bartholomew, Richard (wife Patricia) Bartholomew; 7 grandchildren; and 7 great grandchildren.
Alice enjoyed volunteering at various hospitals and was a member of the Eastern Star. She enjoyed card games, square dancing, and sewing. At age 60 she took a class in auto mechanics, photography and played base guitar until the age of 90.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made to Cancer Fund, American Heart Association or Diabetes Association. You may leave condolences and memories at www.soller-baker.com.

My condolences to the family. Alice was a wonderful friend to know when I worked at WV years ago.

Alice was a sweet, determined woman. As a caregiver at Westminster, I was able to meet the family. It is good to see sons and daughter-in-laws involved with their parents.
Prayers to all and remember the good memories.
