Bruce Schlink Obituary
Bruce Everett Schlink, 54, passed away Friday July 3, 2015 in Lafayette, Indiana. Bruce was born January 28, 1961 in Bay City, Michigan to the late Everett and Leann Landosky Schlink Kuch. He married Denese Terrill October 20, 1980 in Auburn, Michigan.
Bruce was a Lafayette resident for nearly 25 years and worked for Subaru as an auto repair specialist for many years. Bruce was an avid coin collector and was the former president of the Lafayette Coin Club. He enjoyed firearms, fishing and hunting. Bruce loved to tinker on things in his garage, he had the awesome ability to fix anything.
He was a member of the Delphi Christian Community Church and enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren and family.
He is survived by his wife, Denese; son, Neil (wife: Amy) Schlink of Lafayette; grandchildren, Connor and Vada Schlink; brother, Todd (wife: Connie) Schlink of Auburn, Michigan; sister, Tiffany (Mike) Lederer of Linwood, Michigan; and sister-in-law, Dru Terrill.
Bruce was preceded in death by his parents.
