Gary Ray Hinton, 69

Gary Ray Hinton, 69, of West Lafayette, died, Friday, September 21, 2012, at St. Elizabeth East. He was born, May 1, 1943, to the late Cletis R. & Mary G (Price) Hinton. He graduated from Montmorenci High School & attended Indiana Business College & Porter Business College. He married Luanne (Jones) Hinton, on March 14, 1971, In Monticello. He had worked as a Records Clerk at the Purdue University Power Plant. He was a member of the Schuyler Avenue Wesleyan Church. He enjoyed bowling, sports, doing Sudoku puzzles & playing with his grandkids.

Surviving with his Wife, Luanne Hinton, are a Son Bryan Hinton, Grandson, Cody & Granddaughter, Taylor.

Visitation will be Tuesday, September 25, 2012, from 6-8 PM. Funeral will be at 10 AM, Wednesday, September 26, 2012 at Shoemaker Funeral Home, Otterbein, with Pastor Justin Nierer officiating. Burial will be at Pond Grove Cemetery. Memorial Contributions may be made to the family to help with expenses.
