Very sorry to hear about Bob. I liked him a lot. He and my grandfather, Otis Feaster, we friends for many, many years. I did not know he was a military hero, but it is like him not to mention it. I am proud to have known him. He had a wonderful life.

Reece, Sorry to hear of your Dad'd passing. Bob and Helen both were wonderful people and I have fond memories of when we were living in the little house up the hill. I remember the possum that lived under the kitchen sink and "Feist", their little black and white dog. We always went in the back door when we were at your house - like we were going to see family. Joe and I have talked alot about your parents and have such good memories of them. We are better for having known them. Sorry for your loss and hope you are doing well.
Joyce (Wright) Smith.

Bones,
I was saddened to read about the passing of your Dad. I recall stopping by his house a few years ago with a cold six-pack and him telling me about some of his war experiences with mules in Italy. I never knew anything about that part of his life when I was eating so many meals at your house when I was a pup. I will also always remember his love of hunting rabbits across the river and the way he (and your Mom) always treated me like family. No finer epitaph could ever be said about a person other than the simple sentence “He was a good man”, this was certainly true for your father. I am so sorry for your loss, he will be missed.

Reece, Sorry to hear about your Dad. He was a very giving man, also your Mom. They were the first people we met when we moved to Laf. Right away they came over and offered to babysit and that was only the beginning of a wonderful relationship. Sorry we won't be able to be there for the funeral as we are in S. TX. God's Blessings to you. Steve & Judy Geheb
