Tyler Thomas Wright, 23

Tyler Thomas Wright, 23, Forest, passed away Friday July 18, 2014. He was born May 14, 1991 in Howard County to Timothy Edward and Karen Dee (Ebeling) Wright.

A 2010 graduate of Rossville High School, Tyler worked on the family farm with his dad as well as the farms of Dustin Johnson and Kevin Townsend. He also worked for his aunt and uncle at PremUS in Florida. Tyler truly had a love of farming and farm sales.

Tyler was a member of West Point Christian Church and the Russiaville Fire Department. An avid Purdue fan, Tyler also played on Salsbery's 2001 championship Russiaville little league team and was a three year starter for the Rossville High School varsity basketball team. Motorcycles, tractor pulls, and sprint car races were a few among the many things he enjoyed.

He is survived by his parents, Timothy Wright, Forest, and Karen (David) Ebeling, Russiaville; twin brother, Tod Ray Wright, Forest; sister, Erica (David) Siegelin, Indianapolis; brother, Anthony (Rafaela) Burns, Miami, FL; grandparents, Mary Anne (Lonnie) Walls, Mooresville; two step-sisters, McKinsey (Chad) Davis and Jenna (Kenny) Canady, Kokomo; uncle, Tod Alan Wright (fiancé Rhonda Forgey); aunt, Pam (Gary) Rader; uncle, Sam (Millie) Heiney; uncle, Jeff (Valerie) Heiney; and cousins, Tiffany Rader, Ashley Heiney, Mikayla Heiney, Katelin Heiney, Jessica Heiney, Stephanie Heiney, Jacob Heiney and Megan Williams.

He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Thomas Edward Wright and Sue Carol Wright; maternal grandfather, James Alvin Heiney; and uncle, Greggory Heiney.

Funeral services will be at 11:00 a.m. Thursday July 24, 2014 at Stout & Son Funeral Home, 200 East Main Street, Russiaville. Burial will follow in St. Paul Cemetery. Friends may visit with the family from 2:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to the Russiaville Volunteer Fire Department.
