Mr. Easterbrook and his family went out to Philmont Scout Ranch with my mom and dad in 1965. He was a very nice guy to the scouts when we went to Cary Camp. I tried to keep track of him but lost track along time ago. I am sorry for your loss because he was always nice to me. I know you will miss his sense of humor.

Respect and gratitude for Bill and condolences for his family. He helped many of us learn the principles of conservation and ecological stewardship while mentoring us to become Eagle Scouts. Always helpful, always willing to step in where needed. You made this world a better place, Bill, and we'll meet again one day.

Bill served his community as Township trustee for 20 years, which is how i came to know him. He was always concerned about the good programs could do and how people would best be served. Sorry to hear of his passing.

Grew up with Bill knew him all thru High School practically lived at his house and called his mother "mom". His brother Jack and I were lifetime friends, literally "Brothers". Bill was a fine young man, as ranger at the Boy Scout camp was mentor to so many young men. As a Public Servant widely known and hailed as the "Mayor of Clarks Hill". May he rest in peace and bring so his joy to his new place with Our Lord.

One the best public servants Tippecanoe County ever had. His ability to work with people to solve issue was excellent. I learned alot from Bill and appreciated his service as a Township Trustee.

I was sad to see the passing of Bill. I worked for the Tippecanoe County Building Commission for almost 5 years and Bill was one of the sweetest and orneriest men I met. He would call into the office and say, "Well, hello Brook, this is the Easter!" Many thoughts and prayers for you all!

Heaven has gained an amazing angel. To his family, I am deeply sorry for your loss.
I saw him a few months ago and he met Fernando and Dannys kids. He had the biggest smile on his face. This world will not be the same without Bill. Love, Bea
