Alice Maye Forsythe, age 69, of Brookville, PA, passed away on Tuesday, February 2, 2016, at the Jefferson Manor in Brookville, PA.

For most of her life she worked hard cleaning houses; although she enjoyed the work, she loved her clients, and her relationships with them is what made the job fulfilling. In addition to cleaning houses she spent time working as the Deli Manager for Bilo.

She was a very giving person and cared for others. She made special efforts for those who had experienced loss. She loved her family very much, especially her grandchildren, and would look forward to the holidays that allowed for beautiful family memories to be made. She enjoyed playing cards, and was very much a socialite; she simply enjoyed people.

(Erika) Forsythe of Florida; Randy Forsythe of Brookville, PA; 5 siblings, Joseph A. "Art" Wolfe, Mary M. "Mont" Rose Wolfe, Donna M. Stahlman, Donald B. "Butch" Wolfe, and Ernest L. "Ernie" "Gomer" Wolfe; 4 granddaughters, Chelsea Galbraith, Hannah Marie Kirkwood, Maggie and Megan Miller; 2 grandsons, Michael Miller and Liam Forsythe.
In addition to her husband and parents, she is preceded in death by 4 siblings, Gertrude A. Wolfe, Clinton S. Wolfe, Louise L. "Sis" Shaffer, and Jack Wolfe.
