Inez Hubler Obituary
She was born on July 19,1939, to the late William and Ethel (Vaughn) Bumbarger in Phillipsburg, PA. She married Edward "Hank" Hubler on February 12, 1958. Soon after, the couple moved to Brookville, PA, where they began their family. She prioritized her family and is remembered by her children as "the best mom ever" for giving them her constant love, making their holidays wonderful, and cooking and baking her homemade specialties.
In 1978, the couple moved to Galion, OH, where Pat became a caring baby-sitter to many children and later worked as the housekeeping supervisor at Atwood Manor. She took pride in her role as a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother whose family meant everything to her. She will be remembered for her special family holiday celebrations, carefully chosen gifts, famous "Grammy's Chocolate Chip Cookies" (the recipe taught to and shared with three generations of her family) but most of all for her thoughtful heart and generous spirit. Pat was always willing to lend a helping hand when it made a difference and was never afraid of hard work.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Hank on April 19, 2006; her three brothers Clair, William, and Edwin Bumbarger; and a granddaughter Eleanor Schnegelsberger.
She is survived by her three sons Howard Hubler (fiancé Brenda) of Kennerdale, PA; Douglas (Kim) Hubler of Brookville, PA; Scott (Deb) Hubler of Galion, OH; and a daughter Melissa (Thomas) Schnegelsberger of Cincinnati, OH. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
In adherence with her wishes, no visitation or services will be held. Pat will be interred alongside her husband in Grandview Cemetery, Morrisdale, PA.
Memorial contributions may be made in her name to Hospice of Cincinnati or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
