James Peppler Obituary

James Thomas Peppler Sr., 91, of Corsica, passed away peacefully on Monday, September 8, 2025 at Clarion Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center.

He was born in Turtle Creek on May 1, 1934 to the late Walter and Helen (Bushe) Peppler.

Jim proudly served his country as a member of the United States Army 1st Airborne Division.

Survivors include his daughter, Judy Sanabria; his son, James Peppler Jr.; his grandchildren, Melissa (Joe) Mucka, Michael Sanabria, Bruce Peppler, Becky Segrest, Rikki Smith, Jamie Peppler and Stevie Fink; and his great-grandchildren, Madison Walter, Jordan Walter, Leven Masik, Lilly Peppler, Ashlyn Peppler, Joey Mucka, Thomas Mucka, Lexi Knapp, Nova Stewart and Alana Peppler.

He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Margaret June Peppler; and grandson, Christopher Ardle.

As per family wishes, there will be no visitation or funeral service.

Arrangements are under the care of the Goble Funeral Home & Crematory, located at 330 Wood Street in Clarion.
