James Hinkel Obituary
Mr. James Robert Hinkel of West Jefferson died Wednesday, April 2, 2014 at his home. He was 83.
Mr. Hinkel was born July 24, 1930 in California, Mo., to John Henry and Elsie Lumpkin Hinkel.
Mr. Hinkel was preceded in death by his parents.
Mr. Hinkel is survived by a son, James Stephen Hinkel of Daleville, Va.
