Lois Birch Davis Roop

AUMSVILLE, Ore. - Lois Roop, 96, died Dec. 7, 2007, in Aumsville, Ore., of natural causes. Lois was born in Charleston, Ill., to Charles Ivan and Susan S. Birch. She married H. Floyd Davis; he died in 1958. She married John Roop in 1962; he preceded her death. Her brothers, Chester and Robert; two of her sisters, Alwilda and Rosella; and one nephew, Robert Birch Jr., preceded her in death. Survivors include her sister, Lola B. David of Odessa, Texas; nephews, Hugh Ivan Birch of Charleston, James Lee Birch of Westfield, Ill.; Mike David of Odessa, Texas; a niece, Sue Warren of Cloudcroft, N.M.
