Lora Hunt Obituary

MATTOON - Lora Lee Hunt, 52, of Mattoon died Saturday (June 11, 2011) at her residence. The graveside service will be 10 a.m. Wednesday at the Oak Grove Cemetery in rural Oakland with the Rev. Roger Wood officiating. There will be no visitation. The Caudill-King Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements. She was born Nov. 21, 1958, in Mattoon, the daughter of Dorothy Mae Grant Hunt and Lloyd Edwin Hunt Sr. Survivors include her longtime companion, Ralph Decker of Mattoon; three children, Kimberly Hunt of Mattoon, Angela Hunt of Charleston and April Hunt of Killeen, Texas; two brothers, Lloyd E. Hunt Jr. of Marshall and Danny Hunt Sr. of Mattoon; four sisters, Orpha Farris, Martha DeLong and Brenda Hunt, all of Mattoon, and Kim Jo Brant of Charleston; and three grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, one grandchild and three sisters. Ms. Hunt was a homemaker and a member of the United Pentecostal Tabernacle of Charleston.
