Charles H. Tice, 82, of Bay, passed away on September 9, 2025, at St. Bernards Medical Center. He was born on March 27, 1943, in Lake City, Arkansas, to W.M. and Merda Tice.
Charles enjoyed the simple pleasures of life. He loved watching television and movies, collecting clocks, listening to Elvis Presley, Little Richard, and Jerry Lee Lewis, and caring for his yard. For many years, he also enjoyed working in his garden.
He was preceded in death by his parents; his daughter, Pauline Ann Tice; and his brothers, James, Cardeen, Jerry, Melvin, and Aker Tice.
Charles is survived by his loving wife of 62 years Lucille Tice, of the home; as well as dear friends Una Mae Brown, Mike and Lauren Frisby and Dixie Clairday
