Rusty Dwayne Fine

Rusty Dwayne Fine, 43, of Dyess, Arkansas passed away on August 5, 2025 at his home. He was born on September 18, 1981 in Muskogee, Oklahoma to Eddie John Fine and Helen Janice (Wagers) Fine. Rusty was a typical country boy. He enjoyed fishing, playing games, riding motorcycles and four wheelers, and spending time with family. He was an employee of the Rabbitt Ridge Gin for several years. The family would like to express their thankfulness to all the employees of the Rabbitt Ridge Gin for their support during this difficult time. Survivors include; two brothers: Charles J. Fine (Susan) of the home and Cheyenne Fine of Mississippi; one sister: Betty Ann Barnes (Wesley) of Mississippi; several nieces and nephews; and a host of other family and friends. He is preceded in death by; his parents: Eddie John Fine and Helen Janice (Wagers) Fine; two brothers: Matthew Fine and Clyde Fine; and one sister: Cynthia Ann Fine. The family has requested private arrangements under the direction of Faith Funeral Service.
