SUCCESS – Carolyn Moore, 82, of Success passed away Friday, Aug. 2, 2024, at home. Ms. Moore was born Nov. 1, 1941, in Corning.
She was a homemaker who loved flowers and being a professional grandma, known to many as "NaNaw." She was a member of Success First Baptist Church and served as the church treasurer for 40 years.
On Oct. 15, 1959, she married John Moore. They were married 59 years prior to his death on Jan. 22, 2019.
Survivors include her children, Lisa (Joe) Jett of Success and Mona Tullos of Paragould; brother, Bill Ennis of Jonesboro; three grandsons, Andy (Blayne) Jett, Logan (Molly) Jett and Noah (Shae) Tullos; and five great-grandchildren, Jackson Jett, Easton Jett, Mullen Jett, Miles Jett and Collins Tullos.
In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her parents, Hyle and Vida Spencer Ennis, and a brother, Mac Ennis.
Visitation will be held from 6 until 8 p.m. Monday in Ermert Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral services will be conducted at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Success First Baptist Church with the Rev. Seth Haile and Bill Ennis officiating the service.
Gentlemen serving as pallbearers will be Andy Jett, Logan Jett, Noah Tullos, Jackson Jett, Terry Bryant, Daniel Shelton, Tim Ennis and Joel Tullos.
Honorary pallbearers will be Easton Jett, Mullen Jett, Miles Jett and Collins Tullos.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Success Baptist Church, 572 Clay 101 Success 72470.
