Cathy Whelan Obituary
JONESBORO - Cathy Lynn Whelan, 52, of Jonesboro, passed away Friday, Jan. 24, at St. Bernards Hospital. She was born Feb. 7, 1972, in Newport, R.I., to Charles and Carol Whelan. Cathy worked in Operations.
Cathy had an infectious sense of humor, loved all animals, had a deep fear of spiders, and she was always giving to homeless veterans and to St. Jude's Hospital. She leaves behind a legacy of love, kindness, and unforgettable memories.
Cathy was preceded in death by her parents and brother, Billy Whelan.
Survivors include a daughter, Stephanie Moran and brother, Michael Whelan.
A memorial visitation will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 22, at Roller-Farmers Union Funeral Home,1900 West Washington Ave.
