Francis Bryant Obituary
SPRINGDALE - Former Arkansas public school teacher Francis Anneta Heaton Bryant passed peacefully Mar. 20, 2026, at Springdale, AR, Circle of Life Hospice.
She was preceded in death by her parents, CD, Jr. and Louise Heaton of Osceola.
She is survived by her husband of 57 years, John Bryant of the home in Elkins, Ark.; her two brothers, Steve (Cindy) Heaton of Russellville, and CD Heaton, III of Osceola.
Anneta graduated from Osceola High School, class of '67 and Arkansas State University, class of '69. She taught public school in Jonesboro and Rogers for a total of 31 years.
Arrangements are under the direction of Roller-Cox Funeral Home in Clarksville, Ark., which are incomplete at this time.

Anneta (we called her Peanut) was my college roommate. We became close friends and remained so after graduation. Even though I haven't seen her since her father's funeral, I miss her.
