Mary Orr Obituary
TRUMANN - Mary Alice Orr, 77, of Trumann departed this life Tuesday, July 18, 2023, at her daughter's home in Trumann. She was born in Tulot and lived most of her life in Trumann.
Mary was an assistant manager for KFC for 20 years, a graduate of Trumann High School, an avid reader and a member of Faith Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Earnest Allen Orr, son-in-law, Kalem Richardson, and her parents, Earlie and Exie Byram Vickers.
She is survived by one daughter, Angela Richardson of Trumann; three sons, Michael Orr of Trumann, Eric (Nina) Orr of Jonesboro and Tony Orr of Bay; one brother, Gerald Vickers; 12 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
The family will receive friends from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. Thursday at Thompson Funeral Home. A celebration of her life will follow at 1:30 p.m. in the chapel with the Revs. Bobby Brooks and Gerald Vickers officiating. Burial will follow in Unity Cemetery at Bono.
Active pallbearers will be Corey Benetz, Noah Phillips, Don Orr, Alan Orr, Brandon Orr, Ethen Swindle and Austin Pruitt.
Honorary pallbearers will be Tim Vickers, Clint Orr, David Orr, Chase Orr and Jonathan Snearly.
In compliance with COVID-19 restrictions, face masks or other facial coverings and social distancing are optional.

Our deepest sympathy goes out to all of Aunt Mary's closest family and friends in the short time I knew her, she made a big impressio. On me, I saw her as someone who was truly devoted to her family and to God. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her including me. God Bless and keep you all in his peace and rest, Love, The Stephens family.
