ASH FLAT – Naomi Ruth (Milligan) Smith was born March 27, 1935, in Leachville, to Martin "Enoch" Milligan and Herbie (Payne) Milligan.
She grew up and raised a family in Leachville, later moving to California, Little Rock, and Batesville, where she worshipped at North Heights Church of Christ. Naomi went to her heavenly home on Aug. 24, 2025.
She leaves behind one sister, Mary Alyce Rogers of Searcy, and five daughters, Alexa Smith and Lisa Smith of Batesville, Myra Eley and Jenita Hughes of Little Rock, and Sheri Letizia of Corvallis, Ore.; six grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, and a host of family and friends.
