BONO - Revia Dee Isom, 76, passed away peacefully on Sept. 14, 2025. Born in Jonesboro on Feb. 15, 1949, to James Albert and Viola Marie Kirby Bonham, Revia lived a life marked by devotion, diligence, and joy.
Revia found happiness in life's simple pleasures, quilting, traveling, and sharing meals and shopping trips with loved ones. She married her high school sweetheart in 1966 and was happily married until his death in 2013. She dedicated 32 years to quality control at Riceland.
She is survived by her daughter, Teresa (James) Holland of Bono; her son, Randy (Julie) Isom of Bono; grandchildren, Chelsea (Tyler) Aschenbrenner, Clayton Isom, Andrew Holland, Chad Isom, and Sean Holland; step-grandchildren, Allison Robins and Jared Robins; and great-grandchildren, Charlotte, Lyla, and Tessa Aschenbrenner.
Revia was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Joe Allen Isom; her parents; and her brother, Jim Bonham.
Visitation will be held Thursday, Sept. 18, from 5 to 7 p.m. at Gregg-Langford Bookout Funeral Home Chapel. Graveside services will follow on Friday, Sept. 19, at 11 a.m. at Herman Cemetery, officiated by Clint McGowan.
Pallbearers include Clayton Isom, Andrew Holland, Chad Isom, Sean Holland, Steven Bonham, and Daniel Bonham. Honorary pallbearers are Dwayne Isom, Tyler Aschenbrenner, Corey Isom, and Jared Robins.
Revia's legacy lives on in the hearts of those who knew her, woven into every quilt, every memory, and every shared smile.
