Antoinette "Toni" (Sartor) Paul, 93, a lifelong resident of Manchester, beloved wife of over 32 years of the late Richard "Dick" Paul, peacefully passed away, at home, surrounded by her family, on Thursday, October 31, 2024. Toni was born on December 18, 1930, in Manchester, one of five children of the late Theresa and Joseph Sartor.
Prior to her retirement, Toni had been employed as an administrative assistant for over fifteen years, working in the Finance Department for the Town of Manchester. She enjoyed crocheting and was an avid reader. Her greatest joy was spending time with her husband, children, grandchildren and their families.
Toni is survived by her four children, Diane Brown and her spouse, Ron of Manchester, Thomas Paul and his spouse, Debbie of Ashford, Linda Damon and her spouse, Steve of Manchester and Ellen Ruscica and her partner, Chris Martin also of Manchester. Toni also leaves her seven cherished grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren, and her brother, Frederick Sartor of Manchester and numerous nieces, nephews and their families. In addition to her husband and parents, Toni was predeceased by two brothers and a sister.
Toni's family would like to thank her caregivers, Tina and Evelyn, and her hospice nurse, Donna, for their loving and compassionate care.
All are welcome to join the family at the Samsel & Carmon Funeral Home, 419 Buckland Road, in South Windsor, on Wednesday, November 6, 2024, for a time of visitation from 9:30 am -11:00 am, with a service at 11:00 am at the funeral home.
