Charlie Gonzalez 17, of Broad Brook passed away on Saturday, Sept. 25, 2010, with her loving family at her side.

Born in Jersey City, N.J., Charlie is the beloved daughter of Nelson and Mary Martinez and loving sister of Helen J., Nelson G. II, Aracely A., and Mason B. Martinez, and Rosemary and Charlene Gonzalez.

She was a beautiful independent freethinking individual and she will be sadly missed by her family, friends and classmates of East Windsor High School, where she was due to graduate in 2011. Charlie's family respected her final wishes by donating and giving the gift of life through Life Choice.
