Deborah "Debby" (DiUlio) Goulet, 71, of Vernon, loving wife of over 37 years and best friend of Richard E. Goulet, peacefully passed away, surrounded by her cherished family, on Friday, June 20, 2025, at home. Debby was born on August 23, 1953, in Hartford, CT, one of three beloved children of the late Henry and MaryAnn DiUlio.
Debby attended local schools and was a graduate of Tolland High School, Class of 1971. She was employed as the Office Manager of Associated Urologists in Manchester for over 40 years, until retiring in 2015.
Debby was a bird lover and she was especially fond of hummingbirds. She enjoyed snow skiing and she and Rich traveled around the country and to Europe, trying all the different slopes and venues. Along with spending time with Rich, her favorite thing to do was to travel to casinos to play her beloved Penny Slots, and enjoy a fine meal.
In addition to her loving husband, Rich, Debby leaves her brother, Stephen DiUlio and his wife, Leann of Vernon, her two dedicated caregivers: her cousin, Karen Banville of Vernon and her niece, Deanna DiUlio of Wolf Point, Montana, and many other family members and friends. In addition to her parents, Debby was predeceased by her brother, Joseph DiUlio, and her treasured aunts, Betty and Honey.
All are welcome to join her family for calling hours at the Ladd-Turkington & Carmon Funeral Home, 551 Talcottville Road, Vernon, CT 06066, on Tuesday, June 24, 2025, from 5-7 pm.
