Dorothy Enes Obituary

Dorothy (Forbes) "Dottie" Enes, of South Windsor and Ellington, beloved wife for over 66 years of the late William "Bill" Enes, passed away peacefully on Sunday, May 14, 2023.

Dottie is survived by her children, Cheryl Soltysik, William Henry "Skip" Enes, III and his wife, Janet, Mary Ellen Krechko and her husband, Mark, James L. Enes, and John R. Enes and his wife, Michele; her grandchildren, Marci Zyskowski, David and Jeffrey Zajac, Drew, Jared, Trevor, and Tanner Krechko, Kara Sylvia, and Sarah and Isabelle Enes; her great-grandchildren, Luke, Carter, and Cami Zajac; and many other relatives and friends.

Her family will receive friends on Thursday, June 8, from 5 to 7 p.m., at Samsel & Carmon Funeral Home, 419 Buckland Rd., South Windsor. A Mass of Christian Burial will be on Friday, June 9, 11 a.m., at St. Luke Church, 141 Maple St., (Rt. 140) Ellington. Burial will follow in Ellington Center Cemetery.
