June Madeline Coles

June Madeline Coles, age 58, passed from this life into her Eternal Rest on Thursday, Jan. 19, 2023, from complications due to a long term illness she has been suffering from for many years.

June lived in Ellington all her life and was born to Gerald and Geneva Boulanger. She went to Ellington schools and graduated in 1982. She was a very devoted Catholic and was a member of St. Martha Church in Enfield. She married Marty Coles in 1994, and blessed to have three children, the oldest son Tyler Coles married Marissa Boney and have two sons, Tristan, 8 and Myles, 2. The second child, Dylan Coles married Rachel Carmel, and lastly one beautiful daughter whose name is Olivia Coles, with one son named Levi Slen, 5.

She had many hobbies and interest, but her faith was the center of her life. She had many jobs, Colt Firearms, Rockville General Hospital, Gerber Scientific, but the one she loved best was taking care of the disabled in a group home. June is the youngest of seven children, four sisters, Rejane Boulanger, Beatrice Rocker, Ruth Davidson, Julie Morgan, and two brothers, William Boulanger, and Greg Boulanger.

The Wake will be held on Saturday, Jan. 28, at Burke-Fortin Funeral Home in Rockville, from the hours of 8:15 to 9:15 a.m.; after we will proceed to a Catholic Requiem Mass at Saint Martha Church in Enfield, after we will travel to Saint Bernard Cemetery in Rockville, to lay June into her final resting place.

Flowers may be sent directly to Burke-Fortin Funeral home on Friday, Jan. 27.
