Nome Kaupin Obituary
Nomie was born Dec. 21, 1960, in Norristown, Pennsylvania, daughter of Bruce George St. Ledger and Nome Elaine (McGee) St. Ledger. She graduated from Skowhegan High School Class of 1979 and the University of Maine, Farmington Class of 1983. Nomie was a manager at Figures and Fitness, worked in insurance, and mostly enjoyed substitute teaching in the Enfield school system. She loved traveling to their camp in Maine and reminiscing of her childhood and the fun times with her family.
Nomie is survived by her loving son, Chase C. Kaupin of Enfield: her mother, Nome M. St. Ledger of Embden, Maine; two brothers, Michael G. St. Ledger and his wife, Shelly, of Chester, New York, and Rexford B. St. Ledger of Pompano Beach, Florida; former spouse, Todd C. Kaupin, of Enfield; a special auntie, Mary M. Thompson, of Norristown; cousin, Ann Marie Fichtner, of Gilbertsville, Pennsylvania; nephews, Michael B., Mitchell J., and Marcus G. St. Ledger; and a niece, Melissa Stancato. Nomie was predeceased by her father, Bruce G. St. Ledger; and a grandniece, Lilly Catherine Stancato.
Nome's family will receive relatives and friends Saturday, Jan. 6, from 2 to 4 p.m. at Browne Memorial Funeral Chapels, 43 Shaker Road, Enfield with a service at 4 p.m. with Pastor Greg Stokes officiating.

Chase, my deepest sympathies to you and your mom's entire family. Your mother was a dear friend and a wonderful woman. We sat next to each other in home room in highschool and I always appreciated her spirit and kind ways.
