Paul D. Zisk, 90, of Suffield, passed away peacefully on Friday, September 5, 2025 surrounded by his loving family.
Born June 28,1935 in Palmer, MA, son of the late Stanley and Rosalie (Matesiewski) Zisk. Paul graduated from the University of Massachusetts and went on to earn his master's degree from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. He dedicated 35 years as an engineer at Hamilton Standard retiring in 1992.
He enjoyed his summer home in Rhode Island, cheering on the Red Sox, the Patriots, and spending time with his family. He was predeceased by his longtime companion, Olga King, with whom he shared many treasured years.
Paul is survived by his daughter, Lynn (Tom), his two sons, David (Cindy), Steven (Lisa), 6 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren, his sister, Rosalie Blomgren (Jack), and many nieces and nephews. He also leaves Olga's family whom he held close to his heart.
Paul's presence will be deeply missed, but the love and memories he created will live on in all who knew him. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Friday, September 19, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. at Mary, Gate of Heaven Parish-St. Mary's Church, 42 Spring St., Windsor Locks. Burial will be in St. Mary's Cemetery, Windsor Locks. Nicholson & Carmon Funeral Home has care of arrangements. To leave online condolences, please visit www.carmonfuneralhome.com
